Elsa E. Bandi, 79, of Glenview, May 4, 2012. Beloved wife of Walter Bandi, Jr. for 37 years. Dear sister of Jon B. Stromberg; Loving aunt of Anne Luedeking of Lake Forest, IL, Cindy VanderLaan of Pennsylvania, and Jon S. Stromberg of Chicago. A graduate of the College of William & Mary, Elsa was former board member of the First National Bank of Morton Grove, past president of the Northfield Chapter of the Lyric Opera of Chicago and currently Chapter Executive Board Member of the Lyric; she was also a past board member of Three Crowns Park Retirement Community and currently an Executive Board member of Share Your Soles Origination charity. Memorial service will held 2:30 P.M., on May 19, 2012 at the Three Crowns Park-Evanston Chicago Retirement Community, 2323 McDaniel Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201 (847.328.8700).
